How to operate?
Press up to 3s to turn on when you hear “beep”
Short press the button to adjust the volume.
There are 6 sound levels of volume for different occasion, and you will hear a “beep” sound each time a level goes up. You will hear three times “beep” at the max volume.
If you press again, it goes back to the lowest level.
Press up to 3s to turn off when you hear “beep beep”

This is the one you want.
Product was exactly as described. Easy to use, but buyers must understand this is not a hearing AID, it is a hearing AMPLIFIER. It does not help with sound distortion due to some types of hearing loss, but it does help hear conversations better. Not perfect, but we don't need to turn the TV up as loud as we used to for my elderly mom. Would buy again- bought 2, one for each ear. The rechargeable batteries was important to us. Changing batteries every day or 2 is very hard for an elderly person with arthritis in the hands. love it so much

very convenient
They're comfortable and won't slide out of your ears. I've been using these for 12 hours and I can't believe how much I can hear.Anyway I grabbed a set and to be honest I was kind of amazed at what they did, buy them, you won't be disappointed.Totally good value for money, pretty good and reasonably priced.I suggest you use it.

Hearing aids pretty good
These hearing aids work really well. Less background noise than some others I have purchased. The only thing I do not like is the color choices. I got the white ones, but wish they were flesh color. Other than that, they work well for tv, etc.
Price was reasonable too.

1) When I put it in the charging case and closed the charging case, there is a beeping sound.
√ Before entering the charging case, be sure to turn off the sound collector before charging.
Howling is found on all sound collectors. It's a little inconvenient at first to change to new glasses, as we wear glasses. It needs to be time consuming and generally takes a couple of weeks.
2) Why is there background noise?
In fact, it is the current sound that is present in all good collectors. In general, the higher the power, the louder the silence.
√ Put it in your ear, turn on the power, and gradually raise the sound. It usually takes a couple of weeks to get used to it.
3) What is the cause of the squeal? If the ear dome is not properly inserted into the ear canal, or if air is leaking at the edge of the ear dome, a certain amount of sound will be returned to the microphone if the sound collector is close to your hand or wall. The sound is re-amplified, causing annoying howling.
√ Try to choose the right ear dome. Place the ear dome in the ear canal so that it fits snugly. After putting it in your ear, turn on the sound collector.
4) Can't charge normally? √ Adjust the position of the hearing amplifier slightly for a perfect connection.
√ When properly connected, the light will turn blue. When fully charged, the light will turn white. Clean your device regularly to prevent wax buildup. Make sure the sound collector continues to function properly.
